Mole Mate Device Donated
Astron Clinica have donated an early detection device for skin cancer worth over £3,500. The on-invasive equipment enables doctors to rapidly scan for the disease showing information up to 2mm under the skin; this can assist them in making an instant decision to refer a patient if necessary or immediately assure them that their lesion is not suspicious.

Skcin attended the 88th British Association of Dermatologists Conference in Liverpool ( 1st to 5th July.) A striking two metre wide display the creative work for which was donated by FHP Magazine, was designed to draw delegate’s attention to the fact that Skcin was well on its way to becoming a recognised national charity.
